About Reach Church: one of the newest Christian Churches in the Cedar Park and Leander, TX area.
The Bible: At Reach Church in Cedar Park, Texas, we believe that the Holy Bible is the written Word of the Living God. The Bible reveals the principles by which God will judge us and reveals His great plan of salvation. Our Church believes the Bible is the true center of Christian union and the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and opinions should be tried. Therefore, Reach Church believes this Word should go into all the world and should be given first place in every Christian believer's life.
God and The Trinity: Reach Church believes in one God revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost...making up the Trinity. The Scriptures clearly teach that there is one God who is an infinite being and who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus, Fully God and Fully Man: Jesus Christ, the Son of God and second person of the Trinity. He is of the same essence as the Father. At just the right time, according to the predestined plan of God the Father, the eternal Son became a man. He was made like us in every way, except for he was sinless. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the Virgin Mary.
Holy Spirit, Our Helper: Our church believes the Holy Spirit to be the third person of the Trinity whose purpose in the redemption of man is to convict of sin, regenerate the repentant believer, guide the believer into all truth, live in all believers, and give gifts to those He wills that they may minister as Christ would to men. Reach Church believes that the manifestations of the Holy Spirit recorded in 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 will operate through present-day Christians who yield to Jesus.
Salvation: Reach church believes the terms of salvation are repentance toward God for sin and a personal, heartfelt faith in Jesus Christ. This is how the new birth occurs, which we call being "born again."
Body of Christ: Reach Church believes the Body of Christ “Christians” is made up of all who have been "born again" regardless of denominational differences.
Second Coming: Our Christian church believes in the visible, bodily return of Christ Jesus to this earth, to unite with His Church (first in the Rapture) and to then judge the world.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit: As Christians, we believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance (1 Corinthians 14), is for all Christian believers as promised by John the Baptist
Divine Healing: The members of Reach Church believe God has used doctors, medicines, and other natural means as channels of healing weather they are Christians or not Christian.
Who We Are: Reach Church is a “Come As You Are” Christian Church. We are a “Life Giving Church” that desires to impact and make a difference in Austin, Cedar Park, Lago Vista, Liberty Hill, Leander and surrounding areas. Reach Church is a “Family Friendly Christian Church in Cedar Park”.
